Something To Consider

We often reference “leadership” within #hockey teams. Not necessarily whether someone wears the “C”, but rather we mean #leadership as it relates to ownership over actions. Or, the ability to help others, along the way. Many people get caught up in misunderstanding the difference between #management and leadership. An easy way to possibly understand the difference is that management is usually in reference to overseeing a process or project whereas leadership is helping the people within the process or project grow and complete the process or project. Leadership is often a position of servitude, requiring significant sacrifice and empathy.
